General instructions
Before submitting your abstract and full paper to 18DECGE, please review the information below to familiarize yourself with the submission process and publication terms.
- All abstract and full paper submissions must be written in English. Authors are responsible for ensuring the clarity, grammatical accuracy, and technical quality of their submissions.
- Authors must use the official template. All formatting instructions provided in the template must be strictly followed. Papers that do not adhere to the template will not be published.
- The final paper must be 4 or 6 pages long (no contributions with an odd number of pages are permitted), including all figures, tables, and references.
- Authors must select the most appropriate conference theme or track during the submission process to ensure proper categorization and review of their work.
- To be published in the conference proceedings, at least one of the authors must register for the conference.
- A maximum of two papers may be assigned to each registered participant.
Submission guidelines
All submissions must be made through Conftool system. Submissions via email, fax, or any other method will not be accepted. First-time users must create a new Conftool account.
1. Abstract Submission
- Deadline for Abstract Submission: 15. January 2026
- Abstracts should be limited to 250 words.
- Authors must also provide up to five keywords and complete author information at this stage.
- Authors should carefully select the most relevant conference theme for their abstract.
- Abstracts will be reviewed, and notifications of acceptance will be communicated to the corresponding authors.
2. Full Paper Submission
- Deadline for full paper submission: 15 September 2026
- Only authors of accepted abstracts will be allowed to submit full papers.
- Submitted material should be original, prepared to a high scholarly standard, and fully referenced.
- Manuscripts must be submitted through the Conftool account used for abstract submission.
- Full papers must be prepared according to the conference template.
- Full papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by subject experts.
3. Final Paper Submission
- Authors will receive detailed feedback from both editors and reviewers. Revised versions of the papers must address all reviewers’ and editors’ comments.
- Deadline for Final Paper Submission: 15. January 2027
4. Publication to Conference Proceedings
- For a paper to be published in the conference proceedings, at least one of its corresponding authors shall be registered to the conference.
- The authors shall complete their registration before 1 April 2027.
